Mera Peak Nepal

March 22nd to April 12th 2012

FMera Peak

MountainZone is putting together a dedicated team to climb Mera Peak Nepal in April / May 2012. The duration will be approx 22 days. Anybody wishing to join the expedition must be aware that although it is non technical, at 6418m there will be a huge demand on your body, so you must be in excellent shape. The cost of the expedition has yet to be finalised . For flights, accommodation, Sherpa’s, Guides, climbing and trekking permits ,all meals, gear rental , Basically all costs Dublin / Dublin for the 22 day expedition  I would expect it to come in under €2300.     Important

Travellers intending to visit a destination in a developing country should consult their Doctors practice, or travel clinic before the journey. The consultation should take place at least 6 weeks before you travel. The consultation will determine the need for any vaccines and or anti malaria medians as well as any other medical tips the traveller may require.

You should also discuss any medical risks that might be associated with hiking at high altitude
